Delia Unruh
Associate · probate and estate settlement
When a parent dies, the paperwork shouldn't be the hardest part. I try to make sure it isn't.
I joined the firm after clerking for a district court judge, where I saw a lot of probate files from the bench side. Now I sit on the family's side of them.
I handle most of our estates from the first filing to the final distribution. Many of my executors live out of state, so I keep them posted by phone and email, and I explain every form before I ask anyone to sign it.
