Marguerite Regier
Founding partner · wills, trusts and probate
I started this firm so families would have a lawyer they could call twice: once to plan, and again when the plan is needed.
I grew up in a farmhouse outside Hesston, where my grandmother kept her recipes in a tin box and her wishes in her head. When she died, the recipes were the only thing anyone could find. I've spent my career making sure that doesn't happen to the families who sit at our table.
I write most of the firm's wills and trusts. Before anyone signs, I read the plan aloud, in plain words, and change whatever doesn't sound like them.
